If you need anything from RAC make sure you see Rosie, She's a hard worker who can multitask and do it well Their computer system not good at all, slow machines always crashing. Corp won't even provide them with an answering machine so if you call be prepared for the phone to ring more than 20 times before anyone answers as they are very short staffed.
