“I worked with Dr. Chamoun and his amazing staff on and off for a few years. I am just writing a review now because I recently had to switch clinics due to Viera Fertility not being in network with the IVF insurance my employer started offering in 2022. I switched to a larger IVF clinic and it is like night and day. It feels much less personalized, processes are more robotic, and I truly feel like a number and not a patient. I understand this might be the norm with larger practices but it is unfortunate, right? I never felt that way with Dr. Chamoun and his staff (Shelley is amazing by the way). He is the most compassionate, empathetic and caring physician I have ever met. He listens, asks you questions about the treatment or findings, gives you options and he really listens and respects your thoughts and feedback. If you are working with Dr. Chamoun, please consider yourself lucky and know that you are in good hands.”
