She continues to impress me with her preparedness. The entire staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Patients are greeted warmly upon arrival. I feel comfortable with both PAs, and I am confident when I see either of them that they and Dr. Abrantes function effectively as a team.  The office staff addresses requests promptly and demonstrates patience when explaining tests and procedures and follow-ups.
