“I was referred to Dr Sidholm back in 2000/ 2001 for a work related injury.. he was a great help to me.. I had to have surgery again in 2013, at the time. Very pleased with Dr. Sidholm and 95% of the staff. The only down side is there is a wait time of at least 2hrs when you have an appointment. I will and have referred others to his office. After my surgery in 2013 I was sent to another Dr. The office wanted cash up front, when I said I have insurance, was told "oh no first visit is cash"!! I stated "why would I pay cash when I paid for ins" I walked out. So I made sure I got the referral back to Dr. Sidholm. Thank you Dr. Sidholm.”

He was extremely thorough, reviewed my history with me, my lab work, examined me , explained everything in terms I could understand and sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy, gave me a log to complete and a follow up in 2 weeks. Everyone in the office is super friendly. I did not have to wait I highly recommend Max Health and Dr. Zeidan.”
