“I went in because I had to replace my old phone. There was a super nice young man named Ozzie that was working alone. He already had a customer, but he still acknowledged and welcomed me in. The customer before me was being sort of difficult, but Ozzie was endlessly patient and kind. He tried multiple times to explain to the customer what was wrong, but the guy wasn't listening. Once the guy finally left, Ozzie proceeded to help me select my phone and make the necessary data switch. He had 3 more customers arrive after me, and he was able to manage all of us in a very professional and extremely friendly manner. This company is very fortunate to have Ozzie representing them. I would highly recommended this location based solely on Ozzie. I will always return to his store when I need help or service. He really made my day! 5 stars plus!!”
