“I love coming to this location. The staff is friendly, Management is competent, and their products are good quality. I just placed an order through their new progressive leasing program with ease, and although there was a small hiccup, i was able to resolve it the following day and complete my purchase. Because I wanted my items brand new out of the box, the store associate ordered the items for me from the warehouse, and the products should be arriving next week. If the product comes damaged I will make a revision to this review, however the staff has been so helpful thus far, that I don't think that will be necessary. 10/10 would come again!”

Jacob truly understood our frustration and concerns about selecting a new laptop. He explained the store credit and how it works. He gave us some options for how to move forward and also alerted Corey who he felt would better be able to assist. Together they researched replacement laptops that met or exceeded the specs from the first laptop. They helped us determine availability and shipping time. The new laptop just arrived ( 4 shipping days early) and it should work great.
