“This place is large and has everything. It's nice being able to go to one place to pick up everything I need. The prices are decent, and you can get some good deals. It is self checkout, but they do have a couple of regular checkouts open. Every now and then they check receipts when you go to exit. Unless I have the time, I just walk past and go out. It was their choice to be mostly self checkout, not mine, so I don't feel I should now have to wait while they check my bags. If you're going to do that...just check us out yourself.”

“About 8 years ago, I had a need of an appliance and sought suggestions from co-workers. One recommended Famous Tate and they were right! The workers were helpful as I tried to figure out how to get the appliance. Now, Famous Tate is my go-to for new appliances, and the place I direct others in need. It got even better when they added free local delivery. Last week, when my dryer died, I immediately went on Famous Tate's website, researched a few choices, ordered, and set it for delivery. Within a few hours, I received a call to verify my order and to let me know I would receive a phone call the next day about delivery. Sure enough, I not only received the phone call, but an email, and a text message, as well. The delivery driver contacted me to let me know they found a dent on the side and asked if that was alright. I said it was, and he said they would be refunding me 10% of the price due to the dent. The delivery came within the window given and was smooth. They were understanding that the path I thought would work was not big enough, and were patient while I quickly cleared the way. The delivery man ensured I was okay with the dent and again stated I would receive 10% off for it. Before he left, he went through a checklist to ensure it was installed and worked. I highly recommend Famous Tate for any of your appliance needs!”

He came across as being genuine and was very attentive in listening to us and finding out what we were looking for to fit our budget. We had many questions and were impressed with Wilfredo's knowledge and him being able to answer all of them. Fast forward he took his time to show us every single mattress that fit our preference. We were also impressed with the flexibility of his options. In the end we found the perfect mattress and were able to set a delivery for later that day. After my husband purchased the mattress and leaving the store, we called him asking about adjustable bases and he was very helpful in giving us a good deal on that as well. We said yes to the mattress and the base that day!! The installation was quick and professional with Wilfredo demonstrating the functionality and features of the adjustable mattress base once setup. “We did a total remodel on our kitchen using Cabinet SRQ/Elite Woodwork for cabinet selection and installation. They were recommended to us by two other condominium owners in our neighborhood. We worked with Carol and Debbie on the kitchen design and cabinet selection. We met with them at least four times and they engaged with us so much that it felt like they were planning their own kitchen. They answered all our questions, gave suggestions, and were so helpful and enthusiastic. We seriously couldn’t have done it without them. In our opinion they are the shining stars of the business. When it came to the installation, the cabinets arrived on time and installation began the next day. The installation went smoothly. We did have one minor issue we requested be changed and they willingly made the change for us. They also accommodated us by allowing us to install the flooring before they put the kick plates on. We were very pleased with their professionalism and flexibility. We would use them again if the need arose and would highly recommend them.”
