“I bought a bedroom set here 2months ago. And I have to be sleeping on the floor. All the pins are broken under the back spring! Worst piece of furniture I ever invested in. I am tired of calling them. All am getting is pure run around. Stay away from this China imperial products. Poor service. Poor furniture. Look beautiful not durable. 9/24/ 18 Updated on my posting above. Few hours after my posting. A representative from Rana Furniture reached out to me and informed me they'll have someone out to take a look at what's going on with my bedroom set. And I must say, they did send someone out within hours. The gentlemen removed the entire base and replaced it. So am very, very happy. I will be sleeping on my bed tonight. So I'll post an update as to how am doing. That's what you called Express service. So I will be changing my one star to a four. Not 5 because of the torture I'll been through these few nights. They're not as bad as they let me thought in the beginning. I will definitely go back to purchase furniture and I'll recommend them if they are reliable and quick just like this. “I am not a fan of buying something like cabinets without putting my hands on them so this experience seemed doomed from the start but the price made it worth the risk, almost... If Ivy hadn't been so accommodating and helpful with her expertise and advice I most likely would never have taken the leap. Not ONE aspect of this purchase went awry except for the delivery which was completely out of her control and she still got part of my shipping costs refunded! My cabinets arrived ahead of schedule but I paid extra to have lift gate service that they'd be off-loaded on the ground by the trucking company. When they arrived the cabinets had been placed in the front of the truck with five inboard V8 engines in crates at the rear. I had to climb over the engines and hand each cabinet to the driver and them unload them off the rear of the truck after that. After telling Ivy what happened she immediately refunded me the lift gate fee and THEN reported it to the freight line. Then came the assembly. With every question I had (and there were lots!) came another detailed explanation AND a YouTube video to follow. I am no expert on cabinetry but the cabinets I purchased are very well built and I didn't find one scratch on the entire 48 linear feet I purchased. I am not that easy to please but These folks went above and beyond my expectations! Thanks you so much for making this a pleasurable experience. I could not have asked for more!”
