“I was here for a pre-employment physical. The staff sent text messages to confirm the appointment both the day before and the day of. The parking lot is well maintained a little small but I found parking quickly. When I walked in they had a white board with a welcome message for myself and another patient. A small detail that can make all the difference. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. My wait time was less than a half hour even though there weren't any seats left after I sat down. The staff worked quickly and before I looked up from tapping along to the music playing overhead it was empty and my name was called. For just going in for a simple physical, I can't say enough about how I didn't feel like it was for JUST a physical. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Give them a call and see for yourself.”

I am a post rny gastric bypass surgery client and he is the only doctor I have had that listened to the deficiencies I might have, he watches my blood work carefully and has helped my get my vitamins and minerals back on track. “I worked with Dr. Chamoun and his amazing staff on and off for a few years. I am just writing a review now because I recently had to switch clinics due to Viera Fertility not being in network with the IVF insurance my employer started offering in 2022. I switched to a larger IVF clinic and it is like night and day. It feels much less personalized, processes are more robotic, and I truly feel like a number and not a patient. I understand this might be the norm with larger practices but it is unfortunate, right? I never felt that way with Dr. Chamoun and his staff (Shelley is amazing by the way). He is the most compassionate, empathetic and caring physician I have ever met. He listens, asks you questions about the treatment or findings, gives you options and he really listens and respects your thoughts and feedback. If you are working with Dr. Chamoun, please consider yourself lucky and know that you are in good hands.”

“Amazing Service!! Originally I had called the Walgreens off of Hillsborough and Memorial as that is where my prescription was placed, they had extremely rude service. My doctor put through a prescription early December and on December 14th I got a messaged it was delayed. When I checked my order status on December 30th, the system said I had no orders pending. I called the Memorial location on January 3rd to ask if the order was still pending or not and the person I spoke to was not nice at all. They told me I could call around and ask other Walgreens if they had my medicine in stock but she “was too busy to do that” for me, that statement was said twice to me. So I went ahead and did her job for her and called this Walgreens off Hillsborough and Countryway and they looked in the system and found me 2 stores that have my medicine although they didn’t. That is customer service!! And it took the very nice representative less than 5 minutes to get me that info and give me phone numbers to each location!! Thanks so much for being kind and helpful!!”
