My glasses became loose and I brought them in. Shanice examined them, and told me if I left them, she could get the frames working again...and she was right! “Staff is always professional. Dr. Kale's does not over treat. He simply gives the treatment you need. Sometimes there is a wait (up to half an hour) but that's because Dr. Kale's takes his time with each patient. If you need an extra minute he stops and spends that time with you. If you don't need that, no problem, he moves on. If waiting is something you cannot do, simply schedule your appointment for the first one of the day. That gets you in and out in a timely manner.”

Not understanding. Yelled at me on the phone then reported her then she got mad because I did and you know what I don’t need that kind of attitude in my life, I only appreciate understanding people especially when my mom and myself have to constantly go to the pharmacy because we need to pick up medication’s for sure. She's very thoughtful. When my skin freaked out, her and Mercedes were able to adjust my treatment, and gave me lots of insight on how to prepare my skin (no products, come very shaved, etc.). I would definitely recommend their hair removal services, and they offer WEEKENDS!!!”
