“9/14/2023 Great experience at the Beltone at Kernan and Beach Blvds., a couple of doors east of the Publix! Matthew Meza, the specialist, was professional, courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable. He checked my hearing with a set of hearing aids, and compared it to my previous test there in 2021. He explained everything in detail: my test results, the type of hearing loss, and purchase options, including total cost, with my insurance applied, in case I choose to purchase hearing aids; and he sent me home with a pair of hearing aids to try out for a week, free of cost. I have great confidence in Matt Meza and Beltone. The intake receptionist was also excellent.”

“My father was a resident of The Palms for approximately 4 years. During that time, my dad was always treated with respect and dignity. As his health deteriorated the Palms stepped up and made my dad as comfortable as he could possibly be. They did so much for my dad- in my opinion going above and beyond what these larger assisted living facilities would do, from preparing special foods for him, to literally sitting there with my dad and spoon feeding him. I could go on and on over how much love and compassion they show ALL the residents at their home but there isn’t enough space. “This doctor kept my husband alive over 15 years. If it hadn’t been for his excellent care, he would have died much sooner. He had 95 treatments of radiation from three different cancers, throat cancer stage 4, prostate cancer and finally toward the very end, lung cancer in both his lungs. (Stage 4). At this point he needed chemo. Last resort. The chemo finally killed him. Nobody gave him better care than Dr. Aranibar. He took the time to help me get through all the low points when he was sick and kept me going. I will never be able to thank him enough for his kindness, understanding and love that he gave to both of us. He even called me at home sometimes. He was the best!!!!
