As a self-pay I also felt they were being as considerate as possible to the cost of things for options for solutions and allowed me multiple free follow-up visits too. My only critique really was their still going overboard with covid stuff back in the very late pandemic era when I visited, but considering the majority of a dermatologist's clientele are elderly it was at least understandable.”
