“I’ve been here twice: once in 2000 and again in 2022, both times for MRIs. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I didn’t need to send an order in advance (I was able to bring it with me) and they scheduled me very quickly. What stood out the most, though, was that the MRI tech remembered who I was. He was respectful of my knowledge and of the challenges that were requiring me to need an MRI. At the end, he said some things that were very kind given my circumstances. You can’t train employees to be compassionate like that. Choice Diagnostic Imaging feels like a place where they hire people who genuinely care. To me, that makes all the difference.”

She was very pleasant, took her time, made sure she understood any new issues concerning my husband’s changes in his vision. “Everything was great except for the floating person (V) at the front desk. Normally the people who greet and check in patients is friendly, welcoming and professional. I did not find this person anywhere that. I’m not sure if she ever made eye contact with me. I love Dr. Mueller and all of her medical staff and usually the reception at the front desk is very good.”

“My Dr Gedia and his staff... they are the absolute best. He took great care of my grandmother, she passed at 97... He took great care of my dad that was a handful who had asbestos lung poisoning from construction and mean-ness and past at 66 and then took great care of my mom who also passed from smoking at 74. Now there is me... Dr Gedia is my Hero...I have been in his care since I ws 36 years of age... now I'm 58... I place him right under my Lord in faith. I trust him... he has yet to let me down... At 58 and getting up in age and starting to show some complications of my own... although I consider myself healthy and attempt to mindful of healthy habits... to me he is by far the best Dr I have ever had... Her caring attitude and sweet nature has made my awful week just a bit better. She never acted like my feelings were unjustified or that my problems were a problem for her. She was attentive, thoughtful, and plain good at her job. As someone in the healthcare field I know all too well that it is easy to forget how we can impact our patients.
