“2. After the below situation, I did go back and they redeemed themselves. I was offered an apology and assured that management reviewed the situation and would work on a better protocol. I have been back and received good treatment and care. 1. I wish I could give a negative 10😡 I went to see a doctor and I was denied medical care until I got Covid tested (2-3 days for results). They said they would send a prescription to the pharmacy and nothing. I had to call again in the afternoon and wait about 20 minutes for the lady to take my info and see what can be sent, so the first time no one did anything. Very poor care, this is not just bad customer service at some department store, this is a sick person seeking medical assistance and was left in the limbo😕😠”
