“My mother is in her 70's, has been very active and lives alone in a rented cute historical cottage near Lakeland's Lake Morton. Recently while on her outdoor deck a board collapsed beneath her and she toppled over breaking her right lower leg in three places and dislocating her ankle. It was horrific to say the least.
