Lastly, Tonya, in the phlebotomy lab, was so welcoming when we walked through the door to the back. She gave us both a tour and explained how future visits will occur. She was super friendly with humor which made us both relax and we could tell she cares about her patients. That being said, I like to call your attention to a technician named Angel who truly made the experience acceptable. When I first moved into the area, we went to a local office that was pretty bad in that they seemed to push unnecessary services and weren’t super friendly. We quickly made a change and found an office that was pretty good but we noticed they made the occasional mistake. As an example, their scan for one of my crowns was incorrect and led to an incorrectly sized crown, so they had to order it again. Connerton Dental has been great AND they’re location is super convenient of you’re in Lakeshore Ranch or Connerton.”
