Dr. Ducarmel even introduced himself to me to ensure that I was well taken care of. They were very professional, they provided me with excellent and speedy service and gave me their undivided attention. I was impressed by how they were able to provide me with all of the services required and were able to do the same with the other patients that came in and out of that center. I observed a team of individuals that seem to be passionate about what they do, that considers each member of their team members as family. “I would give Premium Vet Care a million stars if I could! When Taki got a severe ear infection, I knew there is No Way I could place him in a carrier and take him to a regular vet clinic. Being an adopted feral cat, this would have been an extremely traumatizing experience for him and for myself. As soon as I called Premium Vet Care, I knew that I was on the right hands. Dr. Blake Hefter and his Assistant had an instant empathy with Taki. When Dr. Hefter walked in, Taki didn't run away like he always does when other people enter our home, which was very surprising to me. Dr. Hefter was able to easily sedate him, confirm his diagnosis and administer his ear treatment. It hasn't even been 2 hours and Taki is already feeling so much better and enjoying his treats! As a feral cat mom of 3 boys, I know how important it is to find reliable vet care for reasonable prices when needed! Strongly recommend Premium Vet Care! What a great service!
