The staff was quick, courteous, and had a sense of humor that matched our style of humor. The banter, conversation, and explanations all really helped in the treatment. I wouldn't give credence to bad ratings. People under stress are often unhappy about the best possible treatment. The staff is excellent, very capable, and compassionate.
