“This is a review of my 11/21/2022 emergency-room visit to Parrish Titusville hospital on Washington Blvd (US1) for chronic headaches. When I arrived there I was greeted by a friendly staff member and promptly checked for my vitals. I was then taken back to a private room for further analysis where I received an EKG and blood/urine tests. A short time later I was administered a Cat Scan on my head, and an Xray on my chest. So, within an hour of my arrival I was administered 5 different medical test! This whole 5-star process was performed professionally by a cheerful and efficient staff in record time IMO! I was then released to the waiting-room and sat there for about 4 hours. I did hear another lady complain that she was there for 7 hours waiting for her blood test results. So, I would like to say that Parrish's reception and testing staff are "on-top-of-it" but their support staff is really slow. Perhaps Parrish Emergency's support-team is short staffed and doing the best they can, I don't know, but their reception/testing staff is clearly a top-notch, 5-STAR organization.
