“Al is an actual artist. I went in after I botched my balyage ombre attempt. I wanted a change after having the same hairstyle for about 3 years. I had an idea in mind but I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. I just knew I wanted SHORT. I showed Al a picture of a hairstyle that I was thinking at first (I had many.) He was nearly finished when I changed my mind and wanted something even shorter (I'm sorry lol.) He was so patient with me and made sure I got the exact look and length that I wanted. I've never been a fan of big commercial gyms where you have to deal with crowds. I love the private 1-on-1 setting with workouts tailored specifically to my goals. The hearing aids were fitted and adjusted and they have dramatically improved my hearing. Jim even assisted me with a phone app that is used in conjunction with the hearing aids. I went back for a follow up visit a few days later. Being new to hearing aids the visit was more for my own validation that I was wearing them correctly and getting the most out of the devices. “Where do I start? I started going to doctor Silva at 9 years old until I aged out at 18. I now have my daughter and she also continues to see him as her primary pediatrician. Yes the wait time can be a bit long at times but that’s a pediatric doctor office. I’ve never had an issue with the front staff thankfully but I’ve heard some not so great stories bout them🤷♀️ I just choose to not let their possible unprofessional behavior change the fact that the doctors are amazing.”
