“From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”

We knew exactly which fans would fit our space and which fans were built for outdoor use. Dan also explained the differences we could expect from fans with fewer blades vs. more blades. We chose a fan which came with a dimmable light and a remote as part of the package. “Thank you all for doing such a great job!! I have utilized Patterson to service my A/C units for several years now. It is obvious why they have been in business for so many years. They are honest and are really good at what they do... Recently, I had an issue with one of my units, naturally in the middle of the summer. Patterson was my first call for some assistance. As always, they were prompt, courteous, and sent a very knowledgeable technician out to diagnose my problem. They ascertained that the unit was able to be repaired, however due to the age of the system, it made more sense for me to replace the whole unit. Understanding that would be a costly endeavor, they provided me with a temporary fix and encouraged me to research and look around at all of my options. They also helped me understand what made the most sense and didn't try to upsell or push anything that was not needed for my predicament. They asked about likes and dislikes of the old system and deduced that an additional vent should be placed in one of our bedrooms. Naturally, this also made a dramatic difference that I am convinced others probably wouldn't have even asked about. The team that replaced my unit were also top notch individuals! Special thanks to Mike for taking such great care of us! Great job - I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need!”
