He was professional and timely even if it took a bit longer to complete from quoted. I was understanding and all was installed with care and detail. Kitchen looks like new and beautiful. “In our previous review, we spoke about the awesome job Rx Renovation Experts did on our kitchen remodel. A few days after job completion, we discovered a small crack in the quartz counter. We contacted Mike and Scott and they both agreed to replace the counter top – no questions asked. A week later the replacement counter was completed and installed by Coastal Granite Counter tops. Scott’s (Coastal) people replaced the counter top. The installer’s professionalism was exceptional – no evidence that the counter had been changed out. Now that’s great customer service!”

He's friendly and looks out for his customers and their property's well being. Toby takes care of our home pest control and is equally as knowledgeable in his specialty. He, too, takes time to chat with customers and educate you on ways to avoid pests in the home. Neither make it seem like they are in a rush to get to the next house.
