Testing was done outside from the car and everyone that helped us was very nice. We were there for 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. So you leave a message then they call back leave another message... And this should NEVER EVER happen. Telling me you want me to call back to review my mammogram results... Like I don't already have anxiety... Still no word.. so I am sitting here waiting. Playing your game.... I explained I get no cell service inside my house.. I live literally in the woods... And I do not drive due to anxiety or I would drive there... So I guess I will just sit here with my anxiety ski high due to your lack of understanding and concern.”

“Gave birth here about 3.5 weeks ago. I just wanted to let everyone know how awesome the nursing staff was to me in the labor and delivery and during my recovery stay. They were super attentive and always made sure me and baby were doing good. They had great lactation nurses as well to help! I drove 3 hours while in labor to deliver at this hospital the staff is that good. The meals were good as well and nurses always made sure I didn’t need any additional snacks or drinks. Special shout out to the overnight staff for being super sneaky and quiet and not waking baby up while checking my vitals!”

“I was told that they were a good company with explorations in health issues I was experiencing. Although I had never used a medical research company before, I can tell you there is probably not one better. I went in for a blind study for my knee. They treated me as if I were a member of the family, always asking me about my family and friends. They never kept me waiting, which was a big plus since my time is valuable to me too! The doctor and nurses went above and beyond by telling me what to expect and gave me a 24 hour number to call if I experienced any issues, which I did not! They would follow up with calls to me about appointments and just to check in to see how I was doing. I can't imagine they could have done anything better. Actually they made me feel so comfortable I did another study. Although I did not qualify for the study, the owner of the company and the doctor personally called me back at home and informed me that my blood work was showing some medical issues and that I should seek an appointment from my primary as soon as possible. I did and found that I had a major issue that left untreated would have caused reversible damage to my body. I owe Tampa Bay Medical Research staff my life! Thank you TBMR! Oh I almost forgot!! They paid me for it too!”
