“Took my 95 year old mom in to the ER who was displaying stroke behavior. We were barely signed in when Teresa, triage nurse, heard and took my mom right back. I can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone that immediately came to her aid. Teresa stayed by her side until she was more stable. The doctors and rest of the staff in ER were amazing. Once admitted, she was met with another fantastic staff on the 3rd floor. Everyone was so caring and professional. It’s often that we only write when things aren’t good, I wanted to be sure to write about how wonderful everyone was to a 95 year old woman who suffered a TIA. Courtney and the 3rd floor crew were amazing. Thank you to all of you!”

“I was recommended to try this VA out by someone from the American Legion. Besides believing in GOD above, this is one of the best choices I ever made. I actually feel like a veteran. I was overwhelmed in a good way with how much they cared to help, rather than just pump me with meds and send me on my way with not trying to figure out what I am trying to translate to them the best way I know how to translate my issues. “Even though it was under a terrible circumstance...I can still say that this place was so good. Impeccable place and excellent service. They have a parking lot which is not that expensive considering the fact that is in Miami Beach. They also have valet parking. There's a cafe on the first floor with sandwiches, salads, drinks, and snacks. The security is great and the same as other hospitals.”

“I have been going here for 2 years with my grandson for his dental treatment and they have been wonderful with him. He feels very comfortable with the whole dental team and knows many of them by name. They are very good with children as far as I am concerned. He started going when he was 4 and even when he has to have cavities filled they make him feel comfortable. Doesn't like the shot but besides that, they are great.”
