“I would surely recommend this place for anyone that has a loved one that needs a petmanent place or rehab. I know that people might be put off by the location, that's not what defines a good place. It has a staff that care about the residents. It's very clean and all the COVID-19 protocols are follow for the safety of the residents and staff. It might not be glits and glamor but what's important is that the residents looks happy and well cared for. Not everything it's perfect, like in any health care place at this time, the staff is short handed and the ratio between nurse and patient is 1 nurse per 15 residents which make the call lights take a little longer to be answered to. My exprtience with the staff was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I was able to meet with both Admissions directors they were so friendly and caring. They listened to all my concerns, without feeling that I was taking to much of their time. “I was looking for a new doctors office, i checked reviews and found many doctors with terrible reviews. Most complaints seemed to be more staff related than the doctor. I was referred to Dr Lopez by a friend, I was pleasantly surprised, office was clean and professional, staff quick to great me and get me ready for appointment. I was taken in at my appointment time, quick process with blood pressure and history review. Dr Lopez arrived soon after, had a great exam, he took a lot of time with me explaining everything in detail. Reviewed my medications and explained what they were for and how they worked. He listened to my concerns and provided one of the best medical exams I have had. Never before, in the history of medical care, has there been such an abundant opportunity , as there is today, for a Doctor that is willing to spend time with a patient before trying to collect his fee. I recommend Dr Lopez! Give him a try, you wont be disappointed!! Tell him “RG” sent you in. WOW! I have been using this office for a short time and am very impressed! I was having a bit of trouble with with a prescription, the pharmacy was giving me different information then the Doctors office. I called in right before closing, explained what was happening and I was told by the receptionist that she would forward the information to the nurse on duty first thing in the morning. I received a call back from DEBRA, she reviewed my file, answered all of the questions I had, provided me with a professional, understanding of what was happening and put me at ease. I sincerely appreciate her taking the time to make sure I understood all of my options. EAST-WEST-SHE IS THE BEST!”

“First word out of my mouth was “Wow” upon entering this faculty. We went in for my father in law's monthly injection after his kidney transplant. We were amazed at how tranquil this new faculty is. It was somewhat like you’d imagine a day spa, quiet, clean and even smelled nice. You have the option of sitting in your own little room with a tv on or off, or you can sit just outside the room that somewhat overlooks a pond. Chairs if I remember correctly were also recliners. To make our time there even better was a nurse named Corine (I hope I spelled that right). She was gentle and somewhat nurturing to my fathers needs. He’s usually very stubborn but she managed to somehow keep him calm and somewhat speechless. He was very impressed with her technique that caused not even a pinch of pain. We will definitely be going back and recommend anyone you know that needs these injections to consider them as well.”

“Megan (PT) and Dr. Santiago are AMAZING! Both are so kind and patient. Always have time for you to listen and answer your questions. Dr. Santiago is sweet and empathetic. Megan is a strong motivator that goes over and beyond. My mom's first nurse we had for a few days, Khadra, sweet, patient and kind. Couple of the case mgrs made the transition of checking out and getting everything setup at home an easy experience and so far using their home health care has been a great experience also. Food was okay. Very clean facility. Front desk people are thorough and nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because several times it took awhile for someone to come in to answer her call light and also there was a nurse that got very upset that I was upset and asking questions and that can not be.... They are the caretakers and should be the glue that holds everything together. Not just there to hand out pills. They of all people should know everyone is tired, overwhelmed, scared and trying to understand and keep up with what's going on with their friend/family member during this most difficult time. Thank you to those who helped my mom and helped her become independent due a stroke 😇”
