“Just recently used this concierge location. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We had our car repaired without any complications. The quality of the work was excellent without us having to worry about getting estimates for repairs etc. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is that we were told that the work would be completed in a week, however no one followed up with us. I had to call to request an ETA for completion, resulting in us having to extend our rental vehicle.”

“I chose Allstate over the "online" insurance because I wanted the personal touch of having my own agent. I've been with Mark A lamb just shy of 4yrs. I just had my first claim after a hit and run in Daytona beach area. The claim was addressed quickly and my automobile was in the shop the very next day. Then I get a call from the home office Claims Adjuster disputing a portion of my damage and telling me that they were not going to cover that part of the damage as it seemed not consistent with the rest of the damage. I was NOT happy and contacted Mark concerning the matter. Mark was on the ball and the phone. By the next morning he contacted me and said that they were now going to cover the entire claim! THAT is why you go with a respectable local agent. He went to bat his customer and got results. I will continue to be with Mark Lamb insurance for a very long time. Thanks again Mark. You Rock!”
