“Richard has been a Godsend. I have been trying to deal with home repairs from some major leaks and several thieving contractors for the last two years. After getting a laughable amount back from the insurance company I was desperate and decided to try a PA, even after being told they do a little to get themselves a lot. Took a chance and am so thankful I did. He has gone above and beyond. Even after getting a ridiculously better offer than what my insurance company was originally willing to pay he found more they could have helped with and went back and forth with them, keeping me posted literally by the hour. He was honest through the entire process, even when that wasn't in our favor, and although I didn't deal with the insurance company at all I was never out of the loop.
