“I have been with Glen at Allstate since he started in Pennington quite a few years ago. He has been providing insurance (homeowner, auto and umbrella) to me and my family through raising kids, car accidents and the like - always good to talk to, always helpful, always reliable. When my daughter totaled her 2004 Corolla last year, he and the entire office was there to advise me about what to do, how to proceed, whether I should put in a claim and what the impact would be. So - Glen gets 5 stars. I've taken off the fifth star overall, however, due to issues largely outside his control - having to do with Allstate policies - once kids have their second accident or a few points on their license, rates go way up, and it makes sense to have them go with other companies. Please note, however, that even though the kids are priced out of Allstate, I continue to insure my house, investments and cars through Glenn and Allstate.”

“I just finished closing on a house with Brad and his team at Spirit Title & Escrow, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. From the moment I reached out to them, they have been extremely responsive (usually answering emails immediately within 5-10 mins.), professional and courteous. Brad and his team have been in the business for almost 20 years and there’s a reason why they’re still around – they offer a great service at an excellent value. If you call around for quotes, you’re likely to get a similar ball park from most title companies. There really isn’t a huge discrepancy between most of the other competitors so at the end of the day, what really differentiates the service are ultimately the people. Every question or concern that I had was immediately addressed and there was never an instance that I felt that I was in bad company. When it came time to closing, Brad and his team had all of the paper work ready for me to sign and I was in and out of the office within an hour. His company keeps a low profile and the office is nothing fancy – this is intentional. The company tries to keep overhead low so they can pass along the savings to you, the customer. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Spirit Title & Escrow and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues. Oh, as an added bonus, Brad was generous to give me a nice discount because I had a copy of the Owner’s Title Insurance Policy while some of the other competitors out there wouldn’t because the policy was over 3 years old. “Overall not a bad experience, just wish it was a little bit cleaner. The tub and shower needed to be cleaned better and the floors needed to be mopped better. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and efficient. Unfortunately the pool was not Open and it's August. I stayed in room 110 and there was a little mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Just a basic hotel that needs a little work but overall not too bad.”
