“Used All Pro Janitorial to steam clean the carpets in our new house before moving in. I was scheduled in for the very next morning after calling. Tim and his son came right on time and did a thorough job. They were kind and courteous and were great even with our toddler following them around trying to "help" them with the huge steam cleaning machine. Our carpets are fresh as new and our girl loves playing and laying down on them. The price was phenomenal for the high quality of service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.”

They meet with you and discuss what your cleaning needs are and go over exactly what they do and how they do it. Using all green products there is never a issue for children or pets ( no harsh chemicals). I always get a text message the day before with a arrival time and usually one as they are leaving so I can remotely turn off and on my alarm system. Onur and or his wife Laura are on site and working with their crew to insure everything is done properly . From the front door to the back, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens look brand new. He's very knowledgeable about the system he uses and how to get almost any stain out. I was skeptical at first because I had expected a truck-mounted, water/steam type of setup. Mark uses a machine with a pad and very little water. The results were impressive and the carpet was completely dry in no time at all. “I had my carpets cleaned this morning, and prior to the technician arriving at my home. I was really hoping for the best because my dog had a lot of accidents on my carpets. The technician Scott explained to me about urination saturation and the services that was going to be required to perform satisfactory work. At the end of the job I was pleasantly surprised even though some of the stains did damage my carpets. Scott worked as hard as he could under the circumstances.
