“Josh was so very friendly. I would recommend him. I have tile that has not been cleaned in 21 years. What a difference. He took care with our wood floors and cleaning up residual water. He also went over trouble spots by hand. It's not like new but after 21 years of dirt and grime it looks pretty good. I was going to use one of those national companies but I know they will do their best to up sell me on other things. I did not want to deal with that. Josh did not up sell. He did exactly what I wanted done. I suggest giving your local owned and operated folks a call like Josh. Give Josh a call, he will do a great job.”
