“I did not qualify for an appointment, but was able to drop off paperwork using their secure Dropbox. Called ahead to confirm all the documentation I would need for my request, the lady was pleasant and helpful. I was able to print the forms I needed at home, but they had copies available if you do not have a printer. They even have envelops to drop off paperwork. All in all, added complications due to Covid, but they have done a great job with accessible workarounds.”

“First of all I just love Holiday Inn. We never book with any other Hotel when we travel, however, THIS location is my favorite. Not only is this location right in the middle of everything you need in beautiful LA, the staff are super nice and actually care about their guests. Everyone who works here is nice: from the front desk staff to the maintenance guys, to the housekeepers and servers. My family and I love staying here. It feels like home away from home. The continental breakfast is good, the pool and hot tub are well maintained, the room we stayed in was clean and actually the same one we had last time. I love that you guys put us in the same room, it made us feel like you remembered us from our last visit ♡ We will be staying here every time we stay in LA. Thank you all for making our trips memorable ♡”
