“First time visit. I'm very glad they have Saturday hours. We took a 65 inch LED TV there for recycling. There was no cost and they help you unload it from your vehicle. I would have done this long before if I knew how easy is to drop stuff off here. Everyone was very friendly too. The area for drop off is covered so it's rain or shine and you won't get wet”

She also said that she spoke to Julio regarding his irrational behavior. This world needs more people like Gaby who truly care, enjoy their job and who act professionally and helpful. Thank you Gaby for your service! ORIGINAL Review 5/22: If only I could rate this place with negative stars. My husband stopped by the Jose Marti Post Office today 5/22/20 to discuss an issue regarding the placement of our new permanent mailbox for our home that has been under construction and used to have a construction gate with a temporary mailbox. Recently, the construction fence and temporary mailbox have been removed as construction is almost done, the new mailbox has been secured next to out front door, it is visible from the street and matches the exact placement we had before construction started. while also matching the placement of EVERY other house on my street and neighborhood. However, yesterday 5/21/20 the mail lady left a letter saying our new mailbox was "improperly placed". In addition, we have not been receiving important mail and packages for the last 2 days yet the mail lady was able to come place this said letter in my new mailbox yesterday. From the beginning, a (he wish he was) gentleman named JULIO greeted everyone at the door with a less-than-welcoming attitude. My husband explained my situation and was told to wait for a supervisor. After 20 mins, a lady came out and listened to what he had to say and told him she wasn't familiar with these situations so she asked JULIO for his opinion on the matter. JULIO proceeded to chant out "HE DOESN'T OWN THE PLACE, HE DOESN'T MAKE A PROFIT AND HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT", same words which he chanted to EVERY SINGLE customer that walked in after my husband for those 20 mins he waited. JULIO was extremely unprofessional, rude, belligerent and had absolutely NO WILLING BONE IN HIS BODY to listen or help us, let alone anyone who walked in this building. This person should NOT have physical contact with customers at all as he needs EXTENSIVE training in people skills, respect and most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please provide this employee (JULIO) some very much needed mental health services and kindly place an employee that is willing, able and determined to provide the customer service we deserve for services we pay for. Sad to say NOTHING was resolved today, no answers were given to our questions, no mail/packages have been or will be delivered for who knows how long. This is unacceptable.”
