“Unbeknownst to us our toddler locked the car doors when we were getting the car loaded and then I loaded him in last closed the door amd only then realised we were locked out Fortunately the car was running with a/c on or we would have had to break a window. Orange County Fire Rescue came to our aid right away (faster than USAA roadside!) They popped the door quick as a wink! Thanks for being our Hero today!! The toddler had fallen asleep 5 minutes after being locked in and slept through the whole ordeal, he had no idea the drama he missed!”

The Apopka Police gave us an escort from the funeral home to the cemetery and it was one of the greatest things I’ve seen. They did an amazing job at keeping traffic at bay especially since traffic at that time was already crazy. We could’ve used that escort home too.
