“The very first thing I noticed when I walked into this restaurants is the smile on the employees face. Jimmy John's is not my normal stop but I was in the area and I wanted a sub. I wasn't quite sure how the menu went so the employee was very patient with me. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and the food was okay. I guess I like my bread softer than what Jimmy John had to offer. So in short, the meal wasn't bad however it wasn't great either. Not to mention it was a bit pricey for my budget.”

I gave them 4 outta 5 solely on my cashier, They seemed like they didn't want to be there. Had no information about the menu, and couldn't be bothered to offer a hello/welcome or a thank you. Once I did get the pizza home I was a little underwhelmed by the number of toppings. But to my understanding from others, it's the norm for this pizza chain.”

“I like this Giordano's so much more than the one on Sand Lake road. It avoids the construction and traffic in that area and it is a lot bigger and inviting. We had a big party, but they were able to join two tables for us. The waitress was attentive and very pleasant. We had the Giordano's sampler platter, which went way too quickly it was so delicious. There were no issues with the food whatsoever. We got 3 deep dishes and a thin crust. Beware though, the thin crust is not so thin, I enjoyed it though, and you get a LOT if cheese. The deep dish is made in the traditional style, a buttery crust, some tomato sauce on top, and fillings and a ton of cheese. If you're familiar with Chicago deep dish, you'll know what I'm talking about, it's very filling! They even joined in when we brought our own cake in and sang Happy birthday. All in all a great experience for my family and I and a good bit of nostalgia for these ex-Chicagoans. Oh and they also played Tom Jones' "It's not unusual" , but strangely, no "What's New Pussycat?"”
