Stayed until the clog was confirmed clear and toilet was reinstalled like new. I was impressed with the level of care bringing equipment upstairs and also with the cleanup after work was finished. He recommended an associated colleague for drywall repair, and I’m pleased with the quality of finish on the patched area; they even matched the paint color without asking. “At 2 pm on July 21st (today) while walking a dog on the trail North of the playground area in the woods I saw a young black bear coming from the east on the same trail. We both saw each other about the same time. It was about 200 feet from me. As I was trying to get my camera out, it turned and ran back along the trail to the east. Just a warning to have your dogs on a leash and be aware of your surroundings.”
