“I went on their website around 6:30pm, yesterday, to see if, by chance, I could hire movers for the following morning. I saw “same-day and next day appointment”. I filled out the online form and got a call back within minutes. I got an appointment for 10-11, today. My place is on the 3rd floor. It’s hot, and I had some heavy items, but Jarrett and Glenn remained professional and courteous the entire time. They called to let me know when they were on their way. They worked hard! We had to have our son's car transported from Florida to Los Angeles. He kept us up to date as to when he would arrive to pick it up, got here on time, inspected the vehicle and got it loaded and away. As he approached LA, he was in communication with our son. These guys are great: excellent customer service, and everything is made to be easy for the customer (me). 2. Every time I visited, the facility was clean and cool, and everything seemed secure. 3. Even the notice of intent to vacate was extremely easy to set up. They told me what date I was paid through, and I selected that date on their website. It took less than a minute. Compared with my experiences at other storage spaces, this was just amazing! So easy! If you need a storage company, you can't go wrong with these folks.”
