I never had any issues, the rates were great, the trucks immaculate, the personnel accomodating, helpful and informative. I hope you give them another try, and I also hope that the 1-800 line didn't mess things up for this location. I have been a walk in each time and either rented that day or made reservation. Seriously, try them ( specifically this location) again. I will for sure.”
