“We used this company and we had a very nice experience. The vehicle drop off went very smoothly. They are very organize. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and helpful. On our arrival, I called the number they told us to, have my ticket number and they advised us to wait on a designated waiting area. We waited less than 5 minutes and the shuttle arrived to pick us up. When we got to the park n fly, our car was already out by the office waiting for us. It was a very smooth and nice experience. I will surely recommend this company. Total 5 star experience!”

“Oh my gosh, it's a parking lot... A lot of parking. Well, to be honest it's a parking garage. It has fast sidewalks... or walking treadmills... That is to say, they really only use the busses for Volcano Bay. So you have to walk about a mile get to the theme parks before you walk some more. But for all the thousands of times I've made that walk, I've never been mugged... But that's not to say it's never happened to anyone. So stay safe out there friends.”

“Great parking...but you pay for parking here where nearby locations are free. Upper parking level is best place in area for wheelchair access to boardwalk, and down to beach in wheelchair but no access to sand. Maybe Boynton or Palm Beach County will install them one day.”

“Not gonna lie, I was stressed to high hell by the time I got here because we left late to catch our flight, but the parking attendant made all the difference with clear directions. We caught a shuttle to the airport with no trouble and the cost of parking the car for a week was reasonable. They offer military discounts and the parking attendant gave us bottles of water the night we picked up the car. Super pleasant experience.”
