“I have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. Service is amazing; when I call and john says “hi”, greeting me by name that makes me feel good; when every time the lady pharmacists remember that I need assistance with opening the bottle caps so they help me with that as they fill my prescriptions and still happily all greet you as you walk in, it makes me feel special. Although, they have several shelves of $1. Menu Items also you can play Lotto, but you will never have enough time to play or to shop even if your script is not called in advance and you drop it, surprisingly it will be ready in single digit minutes. Sounds like they try not to give you time to shop or even sit. Although they offer free delivery but I prefer to visit my favorite pharmacy staff at least once monthly, as I drive by 7 pharmacies to get to my pharmacy. “Front desk people are very unpleasant, but the doctors , nurses are excellent, wanted to thank one of the best nurse tech AMOR , she is absolutely amazing she took care of my kid even tho she was off the clock , she took extra time to take care of her. Front desk did not wanna check us in telling us to go sarasota memorial because they are closing, they close at 8 we got there 6:45 pm but she absolutely has nothing to do with us , even checked my daughter temperature saying she don’t have fever even tho she can see my daughter shivering and wrapped in heavy blanket Glad amor saw her on her way out . And took care of her, 102 something fever bad ear infection and throat infection that is why she’s having a high fever. Hope front desk people don’t do this to anyone ever again, she clearly wanted me to go home and saying my kid don’t have fever.”

“Here visiting family from Chicago and found a bump on my pup. Stumbled upon Forever Vets and setup an appointment. I was impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely friendly and quick to schedule our appointment (same day)! While checking in, the staff was so welcoming to Freddie, quickly calming down is vet visit nerves. After a brief wait, Sarah came in and met with Freddie, made the needed recommendations and was ready to send us on out way. Before leaving, I found out they did nail trims (or grinding) and took advantage of that. Freddie is all set to play in the summer sun with his perfect fur and pawdicure! What a lucky dog to stop at Forever Vets! Definitely would recommend this location.”

The pharmacist at Graceland is friendly and helpful, and always available to answer my questions. You can tell they truly care about you - unlike other Big Pharmacies. They can even deliver if that is more convenient for you, which is wonderful, especially with everything going on now. “Just started going here a week ago. The intake was a couple hours, so long but necessary. I have been assigned a counselor Lynda and she is very kind and knowledgeable. No one looks down on you, but are helping bring you up .Going every day has been annoying but I get in and out fairly quickly. Except for today 2 1/2 hour wait but that’s because everyone was there because of the hurricane coming. The nurse I have seen everyday was still kind and professional even though I knew she had been crazy busy. Overall I have had a decent experience. Still finding the dose that works for me, but we are all works in progress.”
