There’s been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty.I am renting a place and the owner was willing to just buy a new water heater and New England Plumbing saved the owner a lot of money by fixing it instead of buying a new one. I’d imagine it’s more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that’s already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one.
