“Always take out. The staff is cheerful and helpful the many times I have been there. The smoked mullet makes a wonderful dinner mainstay. The mullet is moist, taken right off smoker still warm. A special sauce served with fish adds to the taste of it. The cost for each visit is very affordable considering the work involved. The average spent thirty to sixty dollars each visit, the cost is ten dollars for a whole fillet. I just wish they were open more than Thursday thru Saturday. Thank you for this Florida meal that once you smell the fish being smoked, you will find it hard to resist. Other items on menu are available from crabs to mullet rolls. Try this wonderful, little bit of a diner in a country setting. You will not be disappointed.”

“For years Vienna Wine Bar has been one of my go-to restaurants for celebrations and/or special occasions. Their service is top notch, the menu selections are varied, and I love the ambiance. As we were seated today, Romain (the general manager) stopped by, introduced himself and made sure we had all we needed. I loved my Chef Salad with Grilled Chicken. The Peppercorn dressing served with it is my favorite. My friend had the Sonoma Salad with a perfectly grilled piece of salmon resting on top of it. For dessert the waitress said she was already instructed to bring me a birthday dessert (lol, thanks, Romain). The chocolate cake was divine and truly decadent. The cappuccinos were also A+. They've recently updated their decor during the pandemic. There's now a beautiful piano in the dining room and an expanded bar area with seating.”

The brewed coffee is smooth, they offer plant based milk options and I enjoyed the avocado/tomato toast. It was a bit heavy on the red onion for me, but honestly, one teaspoon of dices for me can be a bit much and it was simple to shoo them off my toast without ruining it. “Visited in February mid afternoon to celebrate my birthday. Loved my experience eating here. The atmosphere is top notch. They have seating inside with a view of the water, or you can sit outside where you have a choice of sitting at picnic tables right by the water, or if you don't want to be in the sun, they have a pavilion with a bar area. I rate this a 4.5 because the food was good but I felt it was a tad pricey for the portion size. Service was kind of sporadic, however they were changing shifts. I loved the lobster bisque soup that I had and my grouper bites were really good. My son had the curry shrimp and he was a little disappointed because the tails were still on the shrimp, making it messy to eat and the portion was rather skimpy, not near enough pineapple in it. It was uncrowded mid afternoon but during busy times you can grab a cocktail and sit in a comfy chair around a fire pit to wait until your table is called. Also a landlocked boat that makes a great picture taking opportunity. Overall a fabulous experience and I will go back every time I'm in the area. I'm sure it's a great place to hang out and have cocktails while looking at the water!”
