“Well this is the BBQ I have been waiting for!!! Absolutely wonderful. We tried, the Chicken, ribs, pulled pork, and sausage, DELISH. I especially enjoyed the potato salad, it was exactly the way I like potato salad. The BBQ sauce “Sweet heat” was nice and nippy, you will feel the heat at the back of your throat. “This was our second time here and both time we've had good experiences. We placed an order for pick up through the app. Our order was ready by the time we arrived, we decided to eat outside since the weather was perfect. We ordered the cheddar cheese and bacon bagel which was made perfectly and the jalapeño bacon gourmet bagel. That one was wrong and they basically just gave us a plain bagel with the spread which was good but not what we ordered, we didn't feel like waiting for another one so we didn't mention anything this time. I wish I could remember his name. It was busy and loud in the restaurant so it made it a little hard to hear everything clearly. Portions...make sure you go when you are starving because they bring you enough for two people to eat! My husband and I couldn't finish our suppers due to the ginormous amount of food we were served! I got the fried shrimp and it was great! My husband got the broiled chicken. The garlic mashed potatoes were amazing and the cole slaw was good as well. We both ordered those. All of the wait staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and that made for a more pleasurable dining experience in top of the amazing food! Thanks for the fun and laughter! “When I went there the owner was dealing with a difficult catering order, I’m assuming, on the phone so I had to wait a few moments before she took my order. She was very patient with whomever it was on the phone because she kept answering the same questions multiple times, bless her heart. Ordering was quick. My food just took forever to come out. She seems to be having some kind of electrical issue and that’s not fair for her. Anywho, I had a burger and sweet potato fries. The fries were cinnamon sugar sweet with almost like a marshmallow sauce which completely threw me off. I was not expecting that. The burger was pink on the inside which also threw me off because it already looked like a traditional burger but for it to mimic a medium rare burger was strange. Both items tasted great though. The burger was gone after the first bite. I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything but I was a bit gassy the next day and that only happens when I eat dairy. I mainly eat raw veggies and all I had was that burger with “cheese”, I’m going to leave that at that. The sweet potatoes seem hand cut so cooking them from raw in an AF, is time consuming and I wish I was given a better time estimate on when my food would have actually been finished.”

Wife had one of the days specials (there were 3) Boneless chicken wings at $.69 (minimum order of 10). She decided on the AE sauce (after asking) as it was a mixture of the options we were already talking about; medium, garlic, teriyaki! YUMMO! She also ordered the sweet potato fries and said they were delicious too! Plenty of beers on tap. “I came here for a World of Drum & Bass event during Miami Music Week and had a fantastic and memorable time! The indoor and outdoor spaces were great (although, more fans for the outside, please 🥵), as well as the incredibly sweet and friendly bartenders! Lake primarily took care of me for the evening and she was a beautiful darling. I had a male bartender in the beginning and unfortunately forgot to catch his name, but he had glasses and was just as amazing. Although they didn't have any non-alcoholic beer, I made do with sugar-free Redbulls and canned water throughout the night. I also have to say that the staff did an absolute phenomenal job at bussing all the empty/abandoned drinks scattered around. Everyone was really working hard to keep things clean! Great job! “TLDR: Great birria tacos but the pricing is deceptive and therefore it’s very likely I will not be returning. FOOD REVIEW: Birria Tacos Me: 5/5 stars. These are really good. The consume is tasty and hearty. The tacos had ample meat and a good amount of cilantro and onion. The sauces provided were good as well. Friend: 5/5 I found it really flavorful and way better than any we’ve had so far. Asada Tacos(my friend had these) 5/5 stars, moist good cuts of meat. Chicken Tacos: 2/5 stars, I found them really bland and dry. Compared to the flavor that they put into the birria tacos it’s a shame they didn’t put similar effort into the chicken tacos. I will say however, that most taco places I’ve been to have bland, bone dry chicken tacos as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: The employees were nice and I have no real complaints. I will say that they misunderstood me when I asked for a to go box and got a soup instead… they refunded the charge so I’m alright with this. PRICING: Honestly this is the sole reason why this wasn’t a five star review and why I probably won’t be coming back. The listed price for the birria tacos are $10 per order(3), the chicken was like $9 and the sodas I got were $3 each(2) with a queso who’s price I forget but could not be more than $5. Added together this would roughly be $50 plus tax so about $53-54. I went to pay and my bill was like $75. I paid and when I looked over my receipt there is a fees section that includes an 18% charge for what I assume is using my card instead of cash and another fee. If the listed price reflected this I would have no problem, what I do have a problem with is a surprise surcharge for tacos… I mean come on lol. Ultimately it’s within a business’s rights to add silly fees but it’s also my right to take my money elsewhere.”
