“In town for a convention and need a massage after walking all day. Saw the spa was close to the hotel and stopped to try. It was a good decision. The spa is nice, clean and has an open atmosphere. The front desk employee was friendly and assigned a very skilled masseuse for me. She got out the problem areas that were bothering me. I felt relaxed. Very nice experience.”

“I really do not see why this spa has so many negative reviews. My wife and I went there for a couples massage this past Monday and it was quite possibly the best massage I have ever had. My masseuse was Sylvia and she was absolutely fantastic. I do not remember the name of my wife's masseuse but my wife was equally happy with her (maybe Lillian?). The relaxation area is very nice and while I wish they had loungers next to one another it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this spa dor the massage services.”

“I found this dermatologist office to be exceptionally great! I recently was disappointed with another dermatologist in the Waterford plaza area so I decided to find a better one and I’m glad I did. Took my teen here for treatment and we saw Phoenix (Nurse Practioner) and she was excellent! All the staff was friendly, patient, and kind. As we came out of the appointment we could hear a commotion in waiting room of an angry women. Apparently the office was not able to see her due to them not accepting her insurance. Which is probably a good thing, because paying out of pocket with no insurance to help with a specialty doctors visit is probably very costly. Anyways, The office counter women handled herself very well in this heightened situation where the angry lady was yelling and causing a Big Scene. So my review includes witnessing how the staff handles disgruntled people too. Time spent in waiting room: >4mins Explanation of treatment: Excellent Friendliness of Staff: Excellent Thorough Appointment: Yes, they even took pictures for progress photos * Didn’t feel like a Number * Phoenix was Excellent and Sincere * I would recommend this place”

Before I gave up my membership, I gave a try at the Waterford location. Liz was the first therapist at my first visit. She was so good and gave me the hope to keep the membership before she left the company. After that I have tried other 6 more therapists. Later on I finally found out Donna Zink with her sophisticated skills together with her using time efficiently. She has been keeping amazing me to come back for her massage service for almost 3 years. Totally satisfied & pleased with her who makes my “massage dream” to come true locally.”

“Tried out stretch zone for the first time with Chris Jones the manager and first off, I felt SO MUCH better after just 30 minutes. I’m a massage therapist so even I need to stretch and this was the coolest way to stretch with a friendly person. Chris was professional, informative, and made this experience a great one.
