“I have being a customer of Nona Nails for many years, since I moved to the Lake Nona area in 2010. I can't say much about customer service because when I go there is to get my nails done and go, I don't care for socializing especially since they are not the friendliest, but I can care less about that as long as my nails look good. Today I decided to try gel color, when it was time to pay a regular full set and gel color $45... hmmm I asked : how much for the full set, Peter (the owner ) responded $25. Ok I said, and how much for gel color, he said $20???? wow, is that right? It seems like I was over charged, was I? 1/30 review update, I found out that, what I was charged was the regular price any other customer pays. I am upping the starts to 4, because They do a good job, I don't give it a 5, because I agree with some reviews they are not the most welcoming, but if you are there just to get your nails done and go, is perfect. The $25.00 for full set is reasonable, I just can"t justify $20 for gel color, I don't care for it that much. But over all a pretty good place.”

“I think this is one of the best places to do the dip powder. The only thing I don’t like and that’s why I don’t give them 5 stars is that they’re kind of tricky. When they’re done my nails look like I got them done a week ago, from the root they leave space I guess so you can go back sooner only the owners do that!! It was my favorite place when Lily was there she use to do an excellent job, never had that problem with her I really loved it. But she’s not there anymore. So now I don’t know if I’ll be returning.”

“Very clean and had two nice techs. The massage chairs were very nice compared to other nail spas. We had an appointment, showed up on time and even though they were slammed they sat us within a few minutes. Techs were very nice and didn't pressure to up sell anything. The girlfriend who has much more ecperience agreed, loved her tech, and now plans to have her nails done here regularly. I plan to return again and see if I have the same good experience. “Nice resort. Compared this to all the others and it was priced right and as described. Yes there are resort fees + 100 per day for incidentals so prepare for this. Forced valet parking sucks! $27 a day and 100% not necessary! Beds are comfortable with good pillows. Rooms are clean and overall great with good bathroom.. walk in shower 100%. Turn down service in evening and they replace any used towels 2 times a day. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff are courteous. Would rate a 5 star but the parking garbage needs to go.”

“I went down to see them about two and a half months ago. I had the stem cell injections to a couple of my lower disc one in the middle of my back and a couple joints. so far I feel like it has done me well. it takes up to 5 to 6 months for the full effect but only after two and a half months I feel more limber my lower back doesn't hurt. I would highly recommend them.”
