“Paula is amazing, She is very professional dedicated. After the treatment was done, she contacted me to follow up to check how I was feeling and recovering. Her spa is very clean and all the supplies are disposable. This part is very important to me. Paula wears a mask when she is treating customers and all the time. The spa is open only by appointments and is cleaned and sanitized before and after each customer. All the ladies do a great job. I will definitely go back soon.”

This gal is a shining star, this was my first experience with the salon and I wasn't sure what kind of outcome I would have. Paola surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend her. All the staff was very friendly and which gave me a very good first impression. I even met and spoke to the Medical Director Ed Deutscher, MD. I enjoyed our conversation. I’ll tell you this, Safety Harbor has dozens of options for Spa Services, I really didn’t want a treatment by a chain or Large entity. These folks were perfect for a local or out of town guest.”

“*Note:* I didn’t stay at the hotel because it was undergoing whole property renovations when I stumbled across this absolute gem of a property. Husband and I were trying to find parking for our destination: the neighboring Grille at Riverview. Parked in the lot for the hotel with the signs: “Parking for Hotel Guests Only.” So we ventured into the lobby of the hotel to ask whether there was designated parking for the restaurant. The historic property is gorgeous and obviously period without being dated or stuffy. The lobby boasted a bevy of handcrafted and artisan sale items, all tastefully displayed. The two staff I encountered were both exceptionally polite, helpful and knowledgable. I am enthused to book a trip with them in the future but absolutely suggest a stop-in to enjoy the lobby and wares.”

The amenities are very nice, it's kept very clean and the locker room areas are fantastic. The staff their was extremely friendly and courteous and the service was top notch. You even get access to the pool and the ambience is wonderful. The only gripe was that the steam room was cold and not very "steamy".”
