I was impressed by the in-home visit to assess the size of the move and explain the details. They offered 30 days free storage which was a help in my particular situation. They followed up with an estimate promptly and confirmed pickup. I had packed my own boxes with the exception of a few items. The three team members arrived on time and were very careful and efficient in wrapping furniture and loading boxes as well as being polite and professional. This is a review of the first leg of the move, and if the rest of the move goes as smoothly as this, it will be perfect.”
