“First I would like to start with the selection and pricing of their new and used boats. Nice selection of both, and very fair pricing. If I didn't have a specific boat in mind when I visited their store, I would have a choice of multiple other boats that sparked my interest. Second, the staff was awesome. I never felt pressured, and Stephen was an awesome salesman. He was friendly, down to earth, and very attentive to my needs as a customer. I felt like I had a long time friend working at this Marine Center, even though I never met him before. He is an asset to this store. Jada was also very attentive, and put together a nice packet of brochures related to my boat and engine. Joe took me on a test drive, and answered many questions I had on the boat and engine. Finally, Jennifer the owner, was very friendly and personable. All in all, Specialty Marine was a great place and I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for a new or used boat.”

They didn’t mess around had everything loaded into the truck in less than 2 hours. They actually beat me to my new apartment and the unloading process was perfect. When we realized there were multiple people moving in at the same time as us they gladly took my suggestion to use the elevator furthest from my unit instead of trying to wait around for the closet one. “I had to move across the country and selected a Penske truck. I had never driven a truck like these before so I was more than a bit concerned. The 16 foot truck I was given was literally brand new. I immediately was able to negotiate turns with the power steering operational. The entire ride was smooth as a Cadillac. The speed to move was there when I needed it. It held up well going up mountains. The road noise was diminished significantly. When I had to extend the time I needed it, there was no problem. The quality of this truck took so much stress off my already stressful situation - long distance driving. So...If you need to move long distance, I would recommend using Penske.”
