Both times I needed delivery on a date they put in a loaner appliance so we could move in at no charge and of course came back and swapped it out with the new one. Their installation team both times were top notch. Kudos to Erick & Nicholas who cared about every detail of this last installation and took their time to get all the appliances installed perfect.
