My favorite was the Cajun Buffalo, but it wasn't popular enough and they had to stop carrying it, but Carol was wonderful and showed me a bunch of other sauces that were wonderful. She also introduced me to pepper jam which is something I never tried and didn't think I'd like- I was wrong. The dry rubs are wonderful. Great small business and I'm happy to support.”

“This company is a hidden GEM, honest to god best customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I found this company about 6 years ago and really couldn't believe the warranty on their product. So I bit the bullet and purchased their water softner. It was a bit pricey compared to their competitors but I decided that with the warranty it was almost worth paying the extra price tag. I had a hose bust 3 years later, I called Alton (installer/sales person) and told him that a hose ruptured coming out the side of the machine. Alton came out that same day, drove from Lakeland to Orlando where I live and made the repair free of charge. Here we are, 6 years later and I noticed at 6am that I had blackish cloudy water flowing out of the faucets after a little bit of research I realized it was my water softner. I sent him an EMAIL at 0630 thinking I would have to follow it up with a phone call around 9am and he called me at 0830. He told me that the basin was due for a change and it was covered under my warranty and that he would be out to fix it. I was expecting a rug pull like most other companies do when they sell you a product with a warranty, NOT THIS COMPANY. I was blown away and decided to leave this review, I wish I left this 6 years ago to help this company grow but did not realize how great the product was and how much better the service is. Thank you Alton for taking care of our family, we will be telling everyone about Aquasoft.”

“First off, if you’re even questioning using Carpet Man, I urge you to go ahead and just go with them. I worked with Ryan and Dave. Ryan was my main point of contact. Ryan is amazing. Carlos and Junior came out with their crew and completed our entire upstairs in one day! Talk about ahead of schedule. The upstairs was flawless and I honestly feel like I’m in a completely different house now. It’s amazing what a set of new bright and light LVP floors can do to a space. We decided to do the stairs too. And boy! I promise you, it is the most beautiful and well designed stairs I have ever seen. Ryan deserves 5 stairs and a promotion. He made sure every detail was perfect and came out to our house within minutes to make sure we were completely happy. I would definitely recommend Carpet Man.”
