On top of being welcoming, easy to talk to and a ray of sunshine, Lana was so well versed in what she does. Without me even asking, she verbally went through the process, step by step with me. She let me know what to expect as far as length of time of the service, varying results, aftercare and so forth. I greatly appreciated this as I very ignorantly went to get this done without having done any research whatsoever. On top of knowing about lashes, she offers brow lamination, braiding, facials and a bunch of other things. “Nothing’s perfect so I don’t like to give 5 stars unless a place is outstanding. This Pilot Travel Center is certainly a nice place to stop, refuel, grab a Subway sandwich, snack or drink. It’s clean and well-stocked. I also saw that it’s a full-fledged truck stop with showers etc. I found parking to be crowded, but the parking spots not in front of the store are still pretty close. Regular gas is $3.39. Compared to $3.40 at the Turnpike service plazas, I’d rather go there. Namely because there is serious road work being performed on the exit/entrance to the Turnpike southbound.”
